The Summertime Brews Tour

Do you have the “Summertime Blues”? We’ve got the cure.

Come take a guided, walking beer tour with us through the beautiful, quaint mountain town of Manitou Springs, Colorado. Along the way we’ll sample some of the finest summer inspired craft beers, share a little bit of local history and talk about the craft beer phenomenon.

Your guide will have some jokes and stories to tell as well…(please be patient and try to laugh.) Be sure to bring your own jokes and stories and we’ll supply the beer…and please, really, please, bring some good jokes.

Manitou Springs sits at the base of Pikes Peaks (14,115 ft. at the top) and is known for its mineral springs, art galleries, specialty boutiques, and some great little craft beer establishments.

Bring your mom, bring your baby (you know, like, your girlfriend/boyfriend/spouse, not like, you know, a real baby), bring the boss, bring your congressman!

We will be celebrating summer throughout the months of June, July and August with our Summertime Brews Tour. (Featured beers are subject to availability and may change without notice.)

We will begin our tour at the American Legion Post and end up at the Red Mountain Bar and Grill at the historic Cliff House Hotel.

What to Wear

This IS a beer tour so dress is very casual. However, Manitou Springs is just over 6,400 feet and even in the summertime it can get a little cool in the evening. Please check the local weather and dress appropriately.

This is a WALKING beer tour so be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes.

Tour Time

Our tour starts promptly at 3:30 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early so that we have time to get everyone checked in and get our tour started on time.

Parking

• • Manitou Springs is a small mountain town with narrow streets and limited parking.
  • There is paid parking on the main streets.
  • Parking on residential streets is for RESIDENTS ONLY.
  • There is a free shuttle service in Manitou Springs.

  • Please be aware of and abide by all parking regulations.

Restrictions

You must be 21 or over to purchase tickets for and attend this event. Your tour organizer will check IDs upon arrival.

Please, no children and no pets for this tour. If you have a service dog, please call us at 719-425-9970 to make arrangements.
